Johnson, Owner #MT141524 Jaclyn is the owner of Gianni Therapeutic Massage. She is originally from Charleston, MS. She obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University in 2014. After obtaining her degree, she went on to further her knowledge and education at the Waldrip Center for Therapeutic Massage in Tupelo, MS, and has since become officially licensed as a massage therapist. Upon graduation, Jaclyn has spent over 7 years serving the Starkville area with Golden Triangle Massage Therapy and Allegro Medspa of Columbus. Jaclyn has enhanced her skills and knowledge in different modalities through continuing education courses which includes: Applying Kinesiology & Biomechanics in Massage Therapy, Dynamics of the Thoracic Spine and Massage, & Essentials of Orthopedic Assessment. Her specialty includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports Stretching & Sports Massage. Jaclyn has served as an independent contractor with Mississippi State University Athletic Department as a sports massage therapist since 2021. She currently works with many college and professional athletes. Jaclyn has enhanced knowledge in sciatica, chronic migraines, neck tension, lower back pain, and rotator cuff injuries. Her mission is to help enhance the health and well-being of individuals by nurturing them with her knowledge and care.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Gianni Therapeutic Massage, we understand that life happens, and schedules may change. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24-Hour Notice Required – Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Same-Day Cancellations – A 50% service fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. • No-Shows – If we arrive at your location and you are unavailable or unresponsive, the full 100% service fee will be charged. Late Arrivals & Travel Considerations • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened without a refund. • If our therapist is delayed due to unforeseen traffic conditions, we will notify you and adjust the session accordingly. Travel Fees for Cancellations • If the therapist has already traveled to your location when the cancellation occurs, a $50 travel fee will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling without penalty in case of genuine emergencies.
